Jennifer Smith was recently interviewed by TheCelebrity.Online Magazine and below is the Q&A session we had with Ms. Jennifer.

How do you introduce yourself?

Jennifer Smith:

My name is Jennifer Smith. I’m a mum of 6. A grandma of 4. Most of all I’m a rebel at heart, on a divine purpose and mission. My voice is used to help the disadvantaged those in need living with a physical, emotional, mental and chronic illnesses and those with disabilities.

How was the transition from your childhood into adulthood/teenage and what good and bad things do you remember?

Jennifer Smith: I’ve had a cherished but blistered life.  I’ve been a runaway.  Put myself in care and under those circumstances learnt the depths of human behaviour – good and bad.

Struggle – What hardships have you faced during your life?

Jennifer Smith: I’m partially sighted and the struggle to get understood is real, as people only understand having sight or being blind. I’m real, practical and my passion is to empower those who feel lost and misunderstood. I gave up my Masters and Doctorate studies to be a full time career for my husband who suffered a stroke, sepsis, kidney failure and brain damage.  It brought challenges but I learnt so much.

What things people usually do not know about you?

Jennifer Smith: Most people do not know although I was born in England.  I was sent to Trinidad as a baby and that’s where I spent the first 7 years of my life.

What make you unique from your competitors in the industry and life?

Jennifer Smith: My uniqueness has been allowing my intuition and psychic ability to be heightened (since my sight loss) and it has been a journey from an unknown skeptic to a knowing believer.

What expert advice would you like to share?

Jennifer S.: My motto is ‘Don’t doubt instead Create’, this is because Doubt often leads us away from our hopes, reality and success.
